Rhodena Mesadieu, LCSW
Founder/Executive Director
Rhodena Mesadieu is a thought-leader that is passionate about the advancement of girls transitioning into womanhood. She believes in a platform where girls can break barriers that lack representation of strong well rounded girls. She launched the organization in order for girls to experience who they want to be without any limitations. She believes in creating experiences for exposure, bravery, and daring moments past societal standards set for girls. She also believes in finding your true natural beauty inside and out to become the best version of you.
Mesadieu is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW. She holds a MSW in Social Work from Florida State University. She is the owner or Restore Wellness Counseling Center in Royal Palm Beach, FL.

Roseline Docteur-Joseph
Board Member/ Project Manager
Roseline Joseph is a transformational project leader who utilizes her over 15 years of healthcare experience to manage operational and technology programs for a large healthcare organization. Roseline manages cross-functional teams focused on continuous process improvement initiatives that drive strategic and organizational change. Roseline also teaches workshops and works with small business owners in the South Florida area on how to implement sustainable operational processes with her company The Answer Management Services.
She also is the founder of Creative Compass Kids which has a podcast which focus on providing resources to parents with children who have additional educational and emotional support needs. She is a Palm Beach County native and recently moved back from the Central Florida area with her family.
Roseline joined the board of Dare To Be a Girl because she believes in the importance of building up our girls and loves the holistic leadership programming that Dare To Be A girl provides.
Kayla Viaud
Board Member/Marketing Director
Kayla Viaud is a digital marketing professional with experience with local and regional marketing campaigns. She has worked with businesses in various industries including healthcare, legal, real estate, education and dining. She is passionate about coming up with interesting ideas and unforgettable marketing campaigns for local businesses and Dare to Be A Girl.
Kayla joined Dare to Be a Girl because she recognizes there is a void in leadership programs for girls and she belives girls should be empowered to lead at all ages.
