This summit is designed to help middle and high school girls understand what racial equity is and what it looks like in the real world.

During this summit, we will have a candid forum with middle and high school girls, where we will:

• Define Racial Equity

• Discuss Racial Equity and Bias and what that looks like in the world today

• Share our life experiences and lessons learned from navigating various spaces
