Dare To Be A Girl was launched in 2016 in West Palm Beach, Florida. We are an organization created to empower young girls from ages 8-18 years old in Palm Beach County. The Dare To Be A Girl experience encourages girls to dare greatly and empower each other through group discussions of unique challenges that girls face. The experience includes improving self-esteem, sisterhood of support, and empower each other to succeed.
Dare To Be A Girl also places high value in community involvement including events in local businesses. Dare To Be A Girl hopes to encourage girls in entrepreneurship and the importance of giving back to your community.
Our Mission
The mission of Dare To Be A Girl is to provide young girls with gender-specific programming that promotes holistic leadership development. Our goal is to build a network of female leaders that achieve occupational success, civic engagement, and positive emotional health while building sisterhood.
